The GreenCorridor programme
GreenCorridor is not one continuous strip of trees. It is a network of landscapes with different, coordinated functions.
Each regional corridor can combine protected ecological cores, managed transition zones, productive mosaics, settlement protection, safer route corridors and hydrological restoration. The composition must be adapted to local ecology, land use, governance and verification capacity.
Managed buffers and transition landscapes
